Areas we serve · Summit County, Colorado
One county. Nothing over the pass.
Peaks 7–9 & downtown
Breckenridge
The busiest turn schedule in the county and the least forgiving. Ski-in units on Peaks 7, 8 and 9, downtown condos above Main Street, and larger homes out toward Highlands, Shock Hill and Warrior's Mark.
Peak-season Saturdays here mean parking is a problem before cleaning is. We schedule Breckenridge properties with that built in — crews arrive early, park once, and work the block rather than driving back and forth.

Walk-ups & townhomes
Frisco
The middle of everything — ten minutes from Breck, Copper, Keystone and Silverthorne. Frisco properties are mostly Main Street walk-ups, townhomes off Bay Meadows and Lagoon, and the newer buildings along the Basecamp corridor.
Frisco sits on the way to everywhere else we work, which makes it an easy add to a day already in motion. A last-minute booking that lands at noon is usually still doable.

Our home base
Silverthorne
Our home base, and a lot of square footage. Silverthorne rentals skew toward full homes with hot tubs — Wildernest and Mesa Cortina up the hill, Angler Mountain Ranch and Willowbrook down along the Blue.
Bigger properties need a bigger crew on site at once, not one cleaner working for six hours. We size the team to the house so the turn still lands inside the window.
Because we stage supplies and linens here, Silverthorne turns get the tightest windows we offer.

Condo stock & resort check-in
Dillon & Keystone
Two markets that run on one road. Dillon Valley and Summit Cove are dense condo stock with tight elevators and shared laundry; River Run and the Keystone slopeside buildings run resort-style check-in with strict windows and loading-dock rules.
We know which buildings need a cart, which need a badge, and which will tow you at 2 p.m. That knowledge is most of the job here.

Walk-in village units
Copper Mountain
Center, East and West Village units plus the Copper Junction buildings. Almost everything here is a walk-in with no vehicle access to the door, so crews carry in — which means the linen plan and the supply run have to be right the first time.

Not on the list?
Ask anyway.
Heeney, Montezuma, a cabin up a road that only shows on the county map — if it's inside Summit County we'll come look at it. What we won't do is take a property in Vail, Leadville or Grand County and then quietly miss your Saturday because a crew is stuck on the pass.
