The name
Clean BnB — We Clean Summit
Clean BnB is the company. We Clean Summit is the tagline and the web address — because that is exactly what we do, and Summit County is the only place we do it.
Why we started
Because the turn is where good rentals go wrong.
We started Clean BnB after watching the same thing happen to owner after owner: a beautiful property, a solid listing, good rates — and a cleaning arrangement held together with text messages and hope. One no-show on a holiday weekend undoes a season of five-star reviews.
Cleaning a rental well is not the same skill as cleaning a house well. It's logistics with a mop attached. It runs on tight windows, spare linens, accurate inventory and somebody actually answering the phone at 11 a.m. on a Saturday. We built the business around that reality instead of pretending it was a scheduling detail.
How we work
Four things we hold to.
We cap our own book
We take on only as many properties as our own crew can cover on the busiest Saturday of the year. Growth that costs you a turn isn't growth.
Same crew, same property
Cleaners are assigned to properties, not shuffled by dispatch. After a few turns they notice the things a checklist can't describe.
We tell you the bad news first
A stain, a break, a guest who left it rough — you hear it from us the same day, with photos, before you hear it from the next guest.
Fair pay, low turnover
Our cleaners are trained in-house and paid a wage that's actually livable in this county. That's why they stay — and why the person cleaning your property in March is the one who cleaned it in December.
If we miss something, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and put it right. No argument.
What we won't do
We won't take a property outside Summit County. We won't subcontract your turns to whoever is free. And we won't add a line item you didn't agree to at the walk-through.
If any of that is a dealbreaker, we're probably not the right fit — and we'd rather say so on the phone than three weeks into a season.
